Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@moltello.com. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care products, including opened or used items.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@moltello.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Valid EU withdrawal request (unused and unopened product)

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
